At the beginning of my journey of discovery with Breathing Space, I struggled with anxiety and very poor confidence. The Mindfulness Based Living Course is an in-depth positive life-enhancing eight week Mindfulness course. Each class is typically two hours long the groups are kept small as a result the environment is welcoming and supportive.
